[摘要] Theexpressionofbothparentalallelesofthegeneforthepolymorphicenzymeisocitratedehydrogenase(Id-1)canbedemonstratedbystarchgelelectrophoresisin9-day-oldmouseembryos.Sincethetechniqueissensitiveenoughtopermitthecharacterizationofthegenotypeofsingleembryosatthisstage,isocitratedehydrogenasecanbeusedindevelopmentalstudiesasamarkerforcloselylinkedmutantgenes.
