Abnormal rate of granule cell migration in the cerebellum of “weaver” mutant mice☆

[摘要] “Weaver,”aneurologicaldisorderinmiceistransmittedbyanincompletelydominantgene.Boththeheterozygouscarrierandhomozygousweavermiceshowalterationsinthecytoarchitectonicsofthecerebellum.However,nobehavioralabnormalitiesofcerebellardisordercanbedetectedintheheterozygouscarrier.Studieswithautoradiographyshowedthatthealterationsinthecytoarchitectonicsofboththeheterozygouscarrierandhomozygousweavercerebellumsareassociatedwithareducedrateofgranulecellmigration.
