[摘要] Thisreportdescribesthephenotypeofthec25Hlethalhomozygote.Ourstudieshaveshownthatembryoshomozygousforc25Hfailtoimplantandtoinduceadecidualreaction.Embryosarrestedatthethree-tosix-cellstagewereconsideredtobec25Hhomozygotesbecauseoftheirhomogeneousstageofarrestandbecausetheywerepresentintheappropriateproportioninpreimplantationlittersfromcchc25H×cchc25Hmatings.Mitosisappearedtobedisturbedinthearrestedembryos.
