Glucose-6-phosphatase activity in mouse small intestine during postnatal development☆
[摘要] Thepostnataldevelopmentofphosphohydrolaseactivityofglucose-6-phosphatasehasbeenexaminedinthedifferentpartsofthesmallintestineofthemouseandcomparedwiththatoftrehalaseandglucoamylase.Afterbirth,glucose-6-phosphataseispresentinallpartsofthesmallintestineandtheactivityisalreadytwotothreetimestheadultvalues.Inthecourseofthefirst2weeks,theactivityincreasesandthedifferentpartsofthesmallintestineshowdistinctpatterns.Onedayafterbirth,glucoamylaseactivityispresentinallsegments,whiletrehalaseactivityisconfinedtothefirstintestinalthird.Duringthefirst2weeks,theseactivitiesremainratherstable.Inthecourseofthethirdweek,whentrehalaseandglucoamylaseareincreasing,glucose-6-phosphataseactivityisdecliningtowardadultvalues.
