The fine structure of the embryonic mouse neural tube with special reference to cytoplasmic microtubules☆
[摘要] Thefinestructureofundifferentiatedinterphaseandmitoticcellsofthe10-daymouseembryoneuraltubehasbeendescribed.Cytoplasmicmicrotubules(270Ã…)wereseenintheinterphasecells,oftenconnectedtotheGolgivesiclesnearthenucleusandendinginanapicalvesicleorparabasalbodyadjacenttothecentralcanal.Similarmicrotubulesformingspindlefibersandconnectedwithchromosomeswereprominentinmitoticcells.Thepossibleroleofcytoplasmicmicrotubulesinmaintenanceofcellshape,nuclearmigration,andcerebrospinalfluidsecretionisdiscussed.
