Lactic dehydrogenases of the developing cerebral cortex and liver of the mouse and guinea pig☆
[摘要] Usingcelluloseionexchangersandstarchgelelectrophoresis,fourcomponentsofLDHhavebeenfoundinthecerebralcortexofmouseandguineapig.TheseveralcomponentstestedcouldalsobedistinguishedbytheirratiosofratesofreductionofDPNandtwoofitsanalogs.ThesecomponentsapparentlyeachcontributetoadifferentdegreetotheincreaseinLDHactivityofthecortexwhichoccursduringdevelopment.MaturationoftheliverisaccompaniedbyareductioninthenumberofcomponentsofLDHinbothmouseandguineapig.Withtheliverofthemouse,peaksofLDHactivityinthechromatogramswhichcorrespondedintheirpositionwiththosefromcerebralcortexalsogavethesameratiosofreductionofDPNanditsanalogs.
