[摘要] Amethodisdescribedwhichpermitsthegrowthofchickenembryosinpetridishesfromthethirdtothe20thdayofincubation.Theprocedureisrelativelysimpleandhastheadvantageofprovidingreadyaccesstotheembryoanditsmembranesfortissuegrafting,forintroductionofteratogenicagents,andformicroscopicobservationofmorphogenesisandgrowth.
