[摘要] Melanophoreswereisolatedfromthetailskinofbullfrogtadpolesandculturedinvitro.Cellproliferationoccurred3–4weeksafterinoculationandthecellsdoubledtheirnumberaboutevery5daystoformacolonyofuniformlypigmentedmelanophores.Theadditionofalkali-treatedACTHtotheculturemediuminducedthemigrationofmelaningranulesintothedendriticprocessesinallmelanophoresin60-dayculture.
