[摘要] Theappearanceofinitiationfactorswhichstimulatemyoglobinsynthesisinvitroiscorrelatedwiththeonsetofmyoglobinsynthesisduringthedevelopmentofmuscle.ThecoincidentappearanceinredmuscleofspecificityintheIF3fractionformyoglobinmRNAandmyoglobinmRNAinpolysomessuggestsaconcertedcontrolatbothtranscriptionalandtranslationallevelsformyoglobinsynthesisduringdevelopment.
