A developmentally significant antigen in the surface of frog embryo cells☆
[摘要] Datademonstratingtheroleofyolkpseudoglobulininmaintainingtheintegrityoffrogneurulacellsinhangingdropcultureswererecalled.Evidencewaspresentedtodemonstratethatthecytolysisoftheseculturedcellsbyantineurulaserawasprecededbyinsitulysisofyolkplatelets.Itwasshownthatwashedyolkplateletsdirectlyexposedtothecytolyticantiseraaswellastootherantiserawerenotlysed.Thisledtotheconclusionthatthecytolysisoftheculturedcellsmustbeattributedtotheactionoftheantiseraoncellmembraneantigenswithpseudoglobulinspecificityratherthantothepassageofantibodyintothecells.
