[摘要] ThegonadsofthelarvaofGalleriamellonellaintheirfinalstageswereplacedincultureinvitroinaagarmediumcontainingsalinesolution,trehalose,peptone,horseserum,andchickembryo(9-day)extract.67%ofthegonadsofbothsexessurvivedforatleast7days.Thespermatogoniamultiplyinthemalegonads.Thespermatocytesundergomeiosisandbecometransformedintospermatozoids.Inthefemalegonadstheoogoniamultiply,theoocytesenteringintoprevitellogenesis.Thenutritivecellsandthefollicularcellsbecomedifferentiated,andthenthefolliclesareformed.
