[摘要] 1.1.β-MercaptoethanolanddithiodiglycolproduceablockageofmitosisintheeggofArtemiasalinaduringthefirstsegmentationstages.Thisresultconfirmsthoseobtainedearlierintheseaurchineggsandinamphibianmorulae.Afterβ-mercaptoethanoltreatment,aloweringofinterblastomereadhesivitywasfoundalsoinArtemia.Onthecontrary,dithiodiglycoltreatmentproducesanabnormalinterblastomereappression.2.2.PeculiartoArtemiaareanincreaseofperinuclearplasmand,afterprolongedaction,typicalmodificationsinthepositionofthenuclei.3.3.Thenucleifromthelastdivisionseparateafterβ-mercaptoethanoltreatment;theylieclosertogetheraftertheuseofdithiodiglycol.4.4.Thesedisplacementssuggestanoppositeactionofthetwosubstancesuponsubmicroscopicremnantsofthecentralspindleofthepreviousdivision,persistingduringinterkinesis.
