[摘要] 1.1.ThecartilaginousrudimentsofthetibiotarsusfromCreeperandnormalchickembryosiblingsof612to712dayswereculturedinvitro,accordingtotheorganculturetechniqueofWolffandHaffen,onmediacontainingeithernormalorCreeperembryoextractpreparedfrom9-to10-dayembryos.2.2.Thebehaviorofthebonerudimentsinvitrovariedwiththeirdevelopmentalstageatthetimeofexplantation:2.1.a.The7-to712-dayrudimentscontinuedtheirgrowthandtheirmorphogenesisaccordingtotheirgenotypeonbothmedia.Eventhoughthegrowthrateonthe“Creeper”mediumwasconsistentlyinferiortotherateobtainedonthe“normal”medium,theirdifferencewasnotstatisticallysignificant.2.2.b.The6-to612-dayrudimentsrespondeddifferentlytothetwotypesofmedium:theCreeperembryoextractpermittedsignificantlylessgrowththanthenormalembryoextract;conversely,the“normal”extractenhancedthegrowthoftheCreepertibiotarsi.3.3.Thecompositionoftheculturemediahadnoeffectonthemorphogeneticdifferentiationoftherudiments.BothnormalandCreeperrudimentsdifferentiatedaccordingtotheirgeneticorigin,irrespectiveofthenatureoftheembryoextractinthemedium.4.4.The“Creeper”growth-restrictingfactorisnotlocalizedinthelongbones;ithasalsobeendetectedinthevisceraofCreeperembryos,thatis,inorganswhicharenotapparentlyaffectedbythemutation.
