[摘要] SensoryandsympatheticnervecellsweredissociatedbytrypsinizationandculturedinCO2-conditionedliquidmedia.Eagle'smediumaloneandEagle'smediumsupplementedwith10%horseserumprovedtobeinadequateforthesurvivalandmaintenanceofthesecells.Additionofaspecificproteinfactor(nervegrowthfactor)ataconcentrationof0.05μgpermilliliteroftheculturemedium,resultedinthesurvivalandmaintenanceofthesensoryandsympatheticnervecells.TheseresultsaddnewevidenceinsupportoftheconceptthattheNGFplaysanessentialroleinthelifeoftheabovecells.
