[摘要] TheRNA:DNAandRNA:proteinratioshavebeendeterminedatfoursuccessivestagesofsexualdifferentiationofmaleandfemalestrainsofAllomycesmacrogynus×A.arbuscula.TheRNA:DNAandRNA:proteinratiosincreasesharplyinthelaststagesoffemalegametangialmaturation,thisbeingduetoanactiveRNAsynthesisassociatedwiththeformationofthebigbasophilicnuclearcapsofthefuturefemalegametes.Inthemalegametangia,theRNA:proteinratioincreasesonlytoaslightextent,theRNAsynthesisbeinginproportionwiththethinnessofthemalegameticnuclearcaps.TheRNA:DNAratiotendsrathertodecrease,asaconsequenceoftheconcurrent,preliminarysynthesisofDNArequiredbythedifferentialmultiplicationofnucleiintheyoung,malegametangiaandasconfirmedbytheincreasedDNA:proteinratiosmeasured.NoticeistakenofthefactthattheRNAsynthesisinthenuclearcapforminggametangiaprecedesthatofprotein,whichappearstobepostponedtothegerminationofthezygotes.
