[摘要] CellsdissociatedfrommesenchymeblastulaeofParacentrotuslividuslosetheirepithelialappearance,becomespherical,andthemicrovilliattheirsurfacedisappear.Adhesionbetweencellsisreestablishedthroughjuxtapositionofsomeareasofthesurfaces,whichflattenagainsteachotherwithallthefeaturesofanormalcellcontact.Terminalbarsarere-formedonlywhentheepitheliallayerisre-formed.Thenewintestinederivesfromtheconfluenceofcavitieswhicharisewithinthecytoplasmofcellsinsidetheaggregates.
