[摘要] Speciesspecificitybetweenambystomidsandsalamandridsoccurswithrespecttopteridinecontentofxanthophores.Ranachrome-3istypicalofaxolotllarvaebutisnotfoundinPleurodeles.Pleurodelescontainspleurodeles-blue,whichisabsentfromaxolotlxanthophores.AxolotlxanthophorescontainmuchmoreisoxanthopterinthandothoseofPleurodeles.Exchangeofneuralcrestbetweenthesetwospeciesresultsintheappearanceofbothranachrome-3andincreasedamountsofisoxanthopterininPleurodeleshosts.Expressionoftheaxolotlpteridinepatternisanautonomousfunction.Pleurodeles-bluedoesnotdevelopinaxolotlhosts.TheexpressionofthispteridinebyPleurodelesxanthophoresseemstobedependentuponhostenvironment.
