Determination of Aflatoxin M1 in Fresh (Raw and Pasteurized) Cow Milk in Khuzestan Province
[摘要] BackgroundandObjective:AflatoxinM1isalife-threatenedtoxinwithhighcarcinogenicitypotencywhichissecretedinmilkbyingestionofcontaminatedfeedinlivestock.ThisstudywasdonetoevaluatethelevelofaflatoxinM1inrawandpasteurizedmilkduringsummerandwinterseasonsinKhuzestanprovince.SubjectsandMethods:Onehundredandtwentysamples(60pasteurizedmilk,60rawmilk(werecollectedfrommilkcollectingcentersandsupermarketsduringsummerandwinterof2011andAFM1wasevaluatedbyHPLCmethodand(Plt;0.05)wasconsideredsignificant.Results:Allrawandpasteurizedmilksampleswerecontaminatedinwinter.Themain±SDofrawandpasteurizedmilkwere0.013±0.009ng/mland0.017±0.0015ng/mlinwinter,respectively.Themean±SDofrawandpasteurizedmilkwere0.007±0.0012and0.009±0.0011ng/ml,insummer,respectively.Themeanconcentrationofrawandpasteurizedmilkinsummershowedsignificantlylowerlevelsthaninwinter(Plt;0.05).AFM1wasgreaterthanmaximumacceptablelimitinonepasteurizedmilksamplewith0.065ng/ml.Conclusion:Withregardtocontaminationofallsamplesinwinter,fungalgrowthconditionandAFB1productionshouldbeeliminated.
