A Study on the Quality Of Life in Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery Patients
[摘要] BackgroundandObjective:Today,CoronaryArteryBypassGraft(CABG)isoneofthemostcommontreatmentsforcoronaryheartdiseasesthatcancauseserioussideeffects,anddisruptthequalityoflife.Consideringtheimportanceofqualityoflifeandtheincreasingprevalenceofcardiovasculardiseases,thisstudywasperformedtocomparequalityoflifebeforeandaftersurgeryinpatientsundergoingcoronaryarterybypassgraftsurgeryinAhvaz,Iran.SubjectsandMethods:Thiscross-sectionalstudywasconductedinNaftHospital,Ahvazin2013,inwhich100patientsunderwentthecoronaryarterybypassgraftsurgerywereselectedassimplesampling.ThedatawerecollectedusingSF-36questionnaireinadaybeforeandthreemonthsaftersurgery,andanalyzedbySPSS20,t-testandcorrelationcoefficient.Results:Threemonthsaftersurgery,thepatient#039;squalityoflifewassignificantlyimproved(Plt;0.001).Inaddition,exceptinmentalhealthdimension(P=0.32),inotheraspectsofqualityoflife,asignificantincreasewasobserved(Plt;0.05).Conclusion:DespitethepositiveeffectsofCABGsurgeryonqualityoflifeinpatientswithcoronaryarterydisease,thepsychologicalaspectsdidnotshowsignificantimprovement.Furtherstudiesareneededtoidentifythecausesandproposeeffectivesolutions.
