A Case Report of Pemphigus Vulgaris with Clinically Presentation Similar to Chicken Pox
[摘要] Pemphigusvulgarisisapotentiallyfatalautoimmunediseasethatappearswithdiffuseandlargeblistersalloverthebodyandifnottreated,mostpatientswilldiewithinfiveyears.Thediseaseusuallyoccursinthefifthorsixthdecadeoflife.Inthiscase-report,wepresentaseventeen-yearoldgirlwithpemphigus,butclinicalpresentationwerequitesimilartochickenpox.Becauseoftheextremerarityofcasesinwhichpemphigusvulgarispresentsitselfaschickenpoxandtheclinicaldifferentiationandtreatmentinterventionsbetweenthemisveryimportant(corticosteroidversusantiviralandsupportivecarerespectively),asaresultbiopsyisrecommendedinunusualcasesofchickenpox.
