Improved Method for the Translational Technique to Treatment of Whole Skin in Cancer Patients
[摘要] BackgroundandObjectives:Thereareseveraltechniquesforthetreatmentofwholeskinsinthestandingpositionofpatient,inspiteofsomepatientscannotabletostand.Inaddition,mostofthesetechniquesrequirealargetreatmentrooms,butthereisnoproblemintranslationaltechnique.InthisstudywetrytodesigntransfertechniquefortreatingskinonthelinearacceleratorinAhvazGolestanhospital.SubjectsandMethods:MeasurementsweremadeatradiationoncologydepartmentofAhvazGolestanhospitalbyVarianlinearacceleratorwith10×10cm2applicator,usingaparallelplatedosimeterandwaterphantomwithdimensions20×30×30cm3at4and6Mevenergies.WaterphantommovesinfrontofelectronsourcestogetasteadydosebyallpointsatZrefdepth.Wecouldobtainacouchrateofdisplacementundertheapplicator.Result:Dosimetryresultsshowedthatifthecouchmovessymmetricallyasmachasequaltotwicethelengthoftheapplicatorplusthelengthofthephantom,allthepointsatanydepthwillgetnearlyauniformdose.Conclusion:TheresultsrevealedthatthetechniqueagoodonetodeliverauniformdosetoallpointsofthephantomatZref.
