The Study of Analgesic Effect of Hydroalcoholilc Extract of vitis vinifsraseedon Rat by Formalin TEST
[摘要] BackgroundandObjective:Duetotheincreasedroleofmedicinalplantsintherapy,theaimofthisresearchwastostudyandcomparetheanalgesiceffectofhydroalcoholicextractoftheseedsofVitisviniferawithmorphineandaspirinasacommonanalgesic.SubjectsandMethods:Inthisstudy,thehydroalcoholicextractofVitisviniferaseedwaspreparedbymacerationmethod.ThisstudywasdoneonmaleWistarratspecies.Theanimalsweredividedinto7groups(n=9):Negativecontrolgroupreceivedasingledoseof(5mg/kgofserumphysiology),twopositivecontrolgroups(onegroup2.5mg/kgofmorphineandanother300mg/kgofaspirin),4treatmentgroups(100,200,400and800mg/kg)ofhydroalcoholicextractoftheseedsofVitisviniferaviaintraperitoneally.Inthisstudytheanalgesiceffectwasinvestigatedbyusingformalintest.Results:Theresultsindicatedthattheanalgesiceffectof400mg/kgofextractonthephase1ofpainwasmorethantheaspirinandlessthanthemorphine.Itschronicanalgesiceffectonphase2ofpainwaslessthanmorphinebutthereweren#039;tanysignificantdifferenceswiththoseoftheaspirin.Conclusion:TheresultsindicatedthatthehydroalcoholicextractofVitisvineferaseedcontainsanalgesiceffectinbothacuteandchronicphasesofpain.Thiscanprobablybeduetotheinfluenceoftheantioxidantsofthisextract.
