[摘要] Craniofacialchondrosarcomaisanuncommonneoplasmthataccountsforlessthan10%ofallchondrosarchoma.Theusualclinicalfindingisapainlessmassleadingtotheexpansionofbone.Themosteffectivetreatmentisradicalsurgicalexcision.Theseneoplasmsarerarebutimportantrequiringpromptdiagnosisandtreatmentbecauseonmicroscopicexaminationchondrosarcomamaybedifficulttodifferentiatefromchondroblasticosteosarcoma.Thisarticlepresentsa59-year-oldmanwith6monthshistoryofapainlessswellingontheleftsideofposteriormaxilla.
