Evaluation of Nanohydroxyapatite Powder Synthesized by Sol-gel Combustion Method and Bio Oss on Reconstruction of Parietal Bone Defects in Rat
[摘要] BackgroundandObjective:Theaimofthisresearchistoinvestigatethepossibleuseofhydroxyapatitenanoparticlesinparietalboneregeneration.SubjectsandMethods:Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2nanoparticlesweresynthesizedbysol-gelcombustionmethodusingcitricacidascombustionagent.Thecalciumnitratetetrahydrate,citricacidandammoniumdihydrogenphosphateanddeionizedwaterwiththeproperstoichiometrywereused.ThenanoparticleswerestudiedbytheTG/DTA,XRD,FT-IR,SEMandTEMtechniques.XRD.Fouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FT-IR)wasusedtoidentifydifferentbondgroupsinthestructureofthesamples.ThehydroxyapatitenanopowderswereusedonofadultmaleSpragueDawleyratsforparietalboneregeneration.Results:Theproducthadahexagonalstructure.SEMimagesshowedmorphologyandmeannanoparticlessize.Conclusion:TheresultsshowedthatthebonerepairingwithHAnanoparticlesoccursimilartotypicalrepairingbycommerciallyavailable(BioOss)andevenittakesplacewithminimaltissueinflammation.
