In vitro Assessment of Bond Strength of three Luting Agents to Fiber Reinforced Composite Posts
[摘要] BackgroundandObjective:TheincreasingdemandforestheticpostsandcoreshasledtothedevelopmentofMetal–freepostandcoresystems.Fiber–reinforcedcompositepostsareoneofthem.Theaimofthisstudywastoevaluatebondstrengthofthreeadhesive–resin–cementstofiberpostsusingpush–outtest.SubjectsandMethods:Inthisexperimentalinvitrostudy.Thirtyendodonticallytreatedteethwererandomlydividedintothreegroups(n=10each).Postswerelutedwiththreeresincements(RelyxARC,Multilink,PanaviaF2).Cementedpostsweresectionedinequalthirdsusingcuttingmachine.Eachslicewaspolishedbyasoftandwetabrasivepaperinordertogeta2mmthickness.Loadingwasperformedbyatestingmachineatataspeedof1mm/minuntilthepostwasdislodged.Datawereanalyzedusingposthoc-testandANOVAtestswithPlt;0.05asthelevelofsignificance.Results:Thetypeofcementbondstrengthdidnotvarysignificantlybetweencoronalandmiddlesections.However,thereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenapicalsectionsofRelyxARCandMultilinkgroups(P=0.032).Conclusion:Bondstrengthtothefiberpostwasaffectedbythetypeofcementandrootregions.
