The Investigation of Anger and Quality of Life within Coronary Heart Disease Patients
[摘要] BackgroundandObjective:Coronaryheartdisease(CHD)isamajorcauseofmortalityindevelopedcountriesandvariousriskfactorshavebeenproposedforthem,amongwhichpsychologicalfactorshaveimportantroleinoutbreakorintensificationandcontinuanceofthesedisruptions.Theaimofthisstudywastodeterminethedifferencebetweennormalpeopleandpeoplewithcoronaryheartdiseasewithregardstoangerandqualityoflife.SubjectsandMethods:Thisstudywasperformedasacase-controldesign.Datawascollectedfrom40maleand40femalepatientswithCHDwhohadreferredtoGolestanHospitalspecialistclinicinAhwazand40maleand40femalewhowerehealthyonphysiciancheck-up,wereusedascontrol.TwogroupscompletedtheSpielberger`sState-traitAngerExpressionInventory2(STAXI-2)andQualityofLifeInventory(SF-36)tomeasuretheirangerandQualityoflife.MANOVAtestwasusedtoanalyzethedata.Results:TheQualityoflife.Asignificant(Plt;0.001)differencewasfoundontheInteractionEffectofAngerandQualityofLifebetweencaseandcontrolgroups.Thecomparisonofmeansshowedthatmaleandfemalepatientshadmoreangerindesirable,semiandnondesirablequalityoflife.Conclusion:Thesefindingillustratedthattheeffectofangerandqualityoflifestyleextremelyrelatedtocoronaryheartdisease.Therefore,raisingawarenessmaybeaneffectivefactortopreventcoronaryheartdiseasewhiletrainingofthepatientstocontroltheirtemperandhavinghealthylifestyletopromotetheirhealth.
