Comparing the Effect of a One-Session Average-Intensity Resistance Training on the Growth Hormone Secretion in Active and Inactive
[摘要] BackgroundandObjective:Growthhormonenotonlyeffectsthestimulation,divisionandgrowthofcellsthroughoutthebodyduringgrowthperiodbutalsoleadstoadecreaseintheuseofthecarbohydratesandtransferofLipidsassourcesofenergy.Theaimofthisstudywastocomparetheeffectofaone-sessionaverage-intensityresistancetrainingonthegrowthhormonesecretioninactiveandinactivewomenSubjectandMethods:Thedemographicquestionnairecompletedby100femalestudents,twenty,wererandomlydividedintwoactiveandinactivegroups.First,onerepetitionmaximumparticipantsinone-sessionresistancetrainingweredeterminedandthenallparticipantsengagedinprotocoltrainingwithintensitiesof50,60and70%1RMP.Bloodsamplesweretakenimmediatelybeforeandafterthetraining.StatisticalmeasuresofPairt-testandIndependentt-testandAnalysisofCo-variance(ANCOVA)wereusedfordataanalysis.Results:resistancetrainingdecreasesthesecretionofgrowthhormoneaftertraininginactivewomenwhileitincreasedthesecretionofgrowthhormoneaftertrainingininactivewomen.However,thisdifferenceingrowthhormonelevelsinbothgroupswasnotsignificantbeforeandaftertraining.(Plt;0/05).Conclusion:one-sessionaverage-intensityresistancetraininghadnosignificanteffectoneitherincreasingordecreasinggrowthhormone.Therefore,totakeadvantageofthebenefitsofgrowthhormone,activeandinactivepersonsshouldknowthatresistancetrainingwithmoderate-intensityisnotdesirableforoptimalsecretionofgrowthhormone
