The Relation between Serum Level of Hs-CRP (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) with the Result of Coronary Vessels Angiography in the Patients with Positive Exercise Treadmill Testing

[摘要] BackgroundandObjective:Experimentalandclinicalevidencehaveestablishedinflammatoryprocessesasimportantcontributorstoatherosclerosisaswellastothevulnerabilityofanatheroscleroticlesiontorupture.Thepurposeofthisstudywastoassesstherelationshipbetweenplasmalevelofhs-CRPasnoninvasiveevidenceofinflammationanditsscreeningefficacyindiagnosisofatherosclerosisandextentofcoronaryvesselsstenosis.SubjectsandMethods:Our87casesselectedfromallpatientswhocamewithchiefcomplaintofchestpainandhadpositiveexercisetreadmilltestinparaclinicexamination,andwerereferredforcoronaryangiography.Serumhs-CRPlevelofallthesepatientwascheked.Patientswithcardiacdysfunction,rheumaticdiseaseandinfectivediseasewereexcludedfromourstudy.ThePatientsweredividedintotwogroupsaccordingtoangiographyresults:group1comprisedof47patients(24menvs23women)withnormalcoronaryangiographyandgroup2comprisedof40patients(28menvs12)withabnormalcoronaryangiography.ThestatisticalanalysiswasperformedwithSPSSversion15.Results:therewasstatisticallyasignificantdifferencebetweenage,sexandpositivehistoryofdiabeticmellitusbetweentwogroups(plt;0.05).Hs-CRPlevelwassimilarinbothgroups.TherewasnostatisticallysignificantcorrelationbetweenHs-CRPlevelandcoronaryangiographyresults.Conclusion:Inthisstudy,wefoundthatthereisnotaclearrelationshipbetweenplasmalevelofhighsensitivityCRPwithexerciseinducedischemia,andalsoextentorthepresenceofcoronaryatherosclerosis.
