[摘要] For97owltaxafrom15ofthelargergenera(somemonotyplctaxaarenotrepresented)amolecularphylogenywasInferredfromacombineddatasetofnucleotidesequencesofmitochondrialcytochromebandnuclearRAG-1genes.Themolecularphylogenycanbeusedtocreateataxonomicframework,whichagreeswithcladistics.StrigiformesaredividedIntotwofamilies:TytonldaeandStrigidae.TheTytonldaearesubdividedintothesubfamiliesTytoninae(withTyto)andPhodilinae(withPhodilus).TheStrigidaeclusterinthreesubfamilies:Striginae,SurniinaeandNinoxinae(withthegeneraNinox,andpossiblythemonotypicUroglauxandSceloglaux).TheSurniinaearesubdividedinthreetribesSurnini(withSurnia,GlaucidiumandTaenloglaux),Athenini(withAthene)andAegolini(withAegolius).TheStriginaearesubdividedintosixtribes:Bubonini(withBuboincludingtheformerNyctea,KetupaandScotopelia),Strigini(withStrixandJubula),Pulsatrigini(withPulsatrixandLophostrix),Megascopini(withMegascopsandPsiloscops),Otini(withOtusandMimizuku)andAsionini(withAsio,PtilopsisandpossiblythemonotypicNesasloandPseudoscops).
