Discovery of a New Supernova Remnant in the Direction of G69.7+1.0
[摘要] Wediscoveredamiddle-agedsupernovaremnant(SNR)inthevicinityofG69.7+1.0usingtheASCAsatellite.G69.7+1.0wasidentifiedinthe2.7GHzsurveyandclassifiedasashell-typeSNRwithadiameterof16′.DuringtheROSATall-skysurvey,theX-rayemissionwasdetectedinthedirectionofG69.7+1.0.However,itextendsbeyondtheradioshell,andanX-raybrightregionwaslocatedoutsideoftheradioshell.AspectralstudywiththeASCAandROSATshowsathinthermalplasmawithanelectrontemperatureof∼0.4keV.Thereisnosignificantvariationofthespectralparametersoverthefieldofview,exceptforthelowercolumndensityoftheeasternpart.WealsofoundalargeshellstructurewhichsurroundstheX-raybrightregioninbothopticalandradioimages.WesuggestthattheobservedX-rayemissionisassociatedwiththelargeopticalandradioshell,andthattheyarepartofanewSNR,differentfromtheradioSNRG69.7+1.0,whichwehavenamedAXJ2001+3235orG69.4+1.2.Thelargeshellandtheelectrontemperatureof∼0.4keVindicatethatAXJ2001+3235isanevolvedSNR.FromacomparisonwiththecolumndensityofCTB80(G69.0+2.7),weestimatethatthedistanceoftheSNRisabout2.5kpc.
