AKARI Far-Infrared Source Counts in the Lockman Hole
[摘要] Wereportinitialresultsoffar-infraredobservationsoftheLockmanHolewithFar-InfraredSurveyoronboardtheAKARIinfraredsatellite.Onthebasisofslow-scanobservationsofa$$0lap{.}^{circ}6imes1lap{.}^{circ}2$$contiguousarea,weobtainedsourcenumbercountsat65,90,and140$$mu$$mdownto77,26,and194mJy(3$$sigma$$),respectively.Thecountsat65and140$$mu$$mshowgoodagreementwiththeSpitzerresults.However,our90$$mu$$mcountsareclearlylowerthanthepredictedcountsbyrecentevolutionarymodelsthatfittheSpitzercountsinalltheMIPSbands.Our90$$mu$$mcountsabove26mJyaccountforabout7%ofthecosmicbackground.Theseresultsprovidestrongconstraintsontheevolutionaryscenario,andsuggestthatthecurrentmodelsmayrequiremodifications.
