Outcome of IUI Based on Sperm Morphology in Cases of Unex-plained and Male Factor Infertility.
[摘要] Objective::ToevaluatetheeffectsofspermmorphologyonthesuccessrateofIUI.Methods::Thiswasaprospectivestudyof200coupleswhounderwentIUIinordertoim-provethelikelihoodofconception.Thepatientsweredividedinto2groups,oneconsistingof100patientswithanormalspermmorphologyof≤20%,andtheotherconsistingof100patientswithanormalsemenmorphologyof#62;20%,andanotherwisenormalsemenanaly-sis.Results::Atotalof59clinicalpregnancieswereobtainedforapregnancyrate/cycleof10.5%.Nosignificantdifferenceswerefoundbetweenthetwogroupsexamined.Conclusion::Therearenosubstantialdifferencesinthesuccessofintrauterineinseminationwhennormalspermmorphologyinsemenanalysisismorethan20%comparedtowhenitislessthan20%.
