A Case of Gastric Mucosa- Associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma (Maltoma) with Multiple Gastric Fistulas and Gastrointestinal Bleeding.
[摘要] Abstract::Thecasestudyreportedhereinvolvesa47oldmanwhopresentedwithhematochesia,intermittentfever,anorexia,weightloss,andpostprandialvomitingatourclinic.Auppergastrointestinalserieswithwater-solublecontrastmediawasperformedinadditiontoagastroscopy,anabdominalcomputedtomography(CT)scan,andsurgicalexamination.ThesediagnostictestsrevealedthatthepatienthadgastricMALTOMA,gastrointestinalbleeding,andgastrocolic,gastropancreatic,andgastrosplenicfistulas,however,multiplefistulizationofgastricMALTlymphomatoadjacentorganswasnotobserved.
