A Rapid Modified Antibody-Capture Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) for Detection HSV-1 Primary Infection in Human
[摘要] Anantibody-captureenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA)basedonthereactionbetweenantihumanIgMandserumIgMandHSV-1conjugatedwithhorseradishperoxidase(HRP)wasdeveloped.ThespecificityandsensitivityofthedevelopedHSV-1IgMELISAwereevaluatedandcomparedwithacommerciallyavailabletestkitbyusingsetsofwelldefinedseraofknownHSV-1primaryinfection.Forvalidation,526serumsampleshavebeentested.TheHSV-1IgMELISAhadacceptablesensitivityandspecificity,whichwerecomparablewiththatofthecommercialtestkit.Bothassaysshowedsomecross-reactivitywithseracontaininganti-HSV-2antibodies
