Pleomorphic Adenoma Presented as a Subglotic Mass
[摘要] Hereinwedescribeararecaseofpleomorphicadenoma(benignmixedtumor)ofsubglotticareathatpresentedwithdyspneaandupperairwayobstruction.A20yearoldmanwasreferredtoourcenterwithdyspneaandrespiratorydistress.Tracheostomyperformedduetorespiratoryfailureandsubgloticstenosis,andthenthemassresectedbyCO2Laser.Thespecimensofthemassrevealeddistinctivefeaturesofpleomorphicadenoma.Basedonourpreviousknowledge,thisneoplasmhadnotbeenreportedinthisregion.
