Serum Calcium, Phosphate, Fluoride and Lactic Acid in Dental Caries.
[摘要] ThisstudywascarriedouttoevaluatethepossibleprotectiveroleofsomeserumfactorslikepHandadequatelevelofcalcium,phosphateandfluorideindentalcaries.Totalof100subjectsofeithersex,aged10-40wereselected.Decayed,missedandfilledteeth(DMFT)wereusedasindicesforscoringthedentalcariesandweredistributedinto4groupsonthebasisofDMFTindicesas4-8(GroupI),9-16(GroupII),17-24(GroupIII)andmorethan25(GroupIV),whilethecontrolsubjectshadDMFTindexequaltoorlessthan3.SerumwascollectedandpH,calcium,phosphate,fluorideandlacticacidwereanalyzed.Patientsofdentalcariesshowedsignificantlydecreasedlevelsofcalcium,phosphate,fluoride(P
