[摘要] Myofascialpainsyndromesareaprevalentcauseamongthepatientswithcompliantofpain.Theyalsocanmanifestasmigrainetypeheadache,tinnitus,nauseaandvomiting.Thepurposeofthisarticleistoexplaintheroleofphysicalmedicineexamsandrehabilitativeexercicesindiagnosisandtreatmentofheadacheswithmyofascialorigin,andalsotoremindthattheyshouldbeconsideredasapossibleetiologywhenworkupstudiesforheadachearenormal.
