Th1 Cytokine Profiles in Hepatitis C Virus Infected Patients and Their Contribution to Inflammatory Responses.
[摘要] Background:Th1cytokinesarerequiredforhostantiviralimmuneresponses.HoweverlittleisknownabouttheproductionandprogressionofcytokinesinhepatitisCvirus(HCV)infectedpatients.TheaimofthisstudywastoassesstheserumlevelsofTh1cytokinesandalsotheirassociationwithinflammatoryindicatorsinHCV-infectedandnormalindividuals.Method:FiftyfourHCV-infectedpatientsalongwiththirtyonehealthycontrolswereselectedusingthesequentialsamplingmethod.Serumlevelsofinterleukine-2(IL-2),interferon-gamma(IFN-y)andtumornecrosisfactor-alfa(TNF-a)wasdeterminedinalltheprecipitantsbyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA).Moreoverserumlevelsofalanineaminotransferase(ALT),aspartataminotransferase(AST),alkalinephosphatase(ALP),C-reactiveprotein(CRP)andrheumatoidfactor(RF)werealsodeterminedinbothpatientandcontrolgroups.Results:TheresultsshowedthatserumlevelsofIFN-y,TNF-aandIL-2werehigherinHCV-infectedpatientsthancontrolsgroupbutthedifferencewassignificantonlyforTNF-a(p
