Prediction of Preeclampsia with Elevation in Erythroblast Count in Maternal Blood.
[摘要] Introduction:Thepredominantetiologictheoryofpreeclampsiaisthatreduceduteroplacentalperfusionistheuniquepathogenicprocessinthedevelopmentofpreeclampsia.Maternalandfetalerythroblastcountsareelevatedintheperipheralbloodofpregnantwomenwithpreeclampsia.Thepurposeofthisstudywastoexaminewhetherthiselevationactuallyoccursbeforetheclinicalonsetofthedisorder.StudyDesign:Inaprospectivecohortsurveyerythroblastswereenumeratedin599maternalbloodsamplesobtainedin19-26weekswithsingletonpregnancy.Aftercompletebloodcountaperipheralbloodsmearwasdoneanderythroblastwascounted,andresultsweresubsequentlycorrelatedwithpregnancyoutcomes.ThedatawereanalyzedbySPSS13.0.Independentsamplet-testandFisher’sexacttestwasused.Apvalueof
