Advantages of Buprenorphine in Comparison to Morphine in Postoperative Pain Control.

[摘要] Introduction:Pre-emptiveanalgesiahasbeenusedwidelyandeffectivelyforpostoperativepainrelief.InthisstudyBupernorphine,apartialagonistofopioidshasbeencomparedtoMorphineaspreemptiveanalgesicwiththeaimtoachievebetterpaincontrolandlesspostoperativecomplications.MaterialsandMethods:Inthisrandomizeddoubleblindclinicaltrial,60patientswereassignedintwoequalgroupsofstudy(eachgroup=30).Bupernorphinegroupreceived4mcg/kgIVofthedrugandmorphinegroupreceived0.1mg/kgIVofthedrug,10minutesbeforeinductionofanesthesia.Theaveragetimeofthefirstdemandforpostoperativeanalgesic,thefrequenciesofdemandsandthetotalamountofadministeredanalgesicswererecorded.Theincidenceofpostoperativecomplicationssuchasrespiratorydepressionandpostoperativenauseaandvomiting(PONV)wererecorded.Results:TheaveragetimeofthefirstdemandforanalgesicinBupernorphinegroup(41020minutes)wassignificantlylongerthanmorphinegroup(24025minutes),p
