Solid Pseudopapillary Tumor of Pancreas: Presentations and Management.
[摘要] Objectives:Toreportacaseseriesofpancreaticpseudopapillarysolidcystictumorasararelowgrademalignantabdominaltumor,whichisrelativelyfrequentinyoungwomen,withadiscussionaboutitspresentationsandmanagementtocarryoutareviewofliterature.MaterialsandMethods:Wereportacaseseriesof5Solidpseudopapillarytumorsofpancreas.Thenallpublishedseriesofthistumorsince1952willbeanalyzedaccordingtoourseries.Thereviewedparametersincludeddemographicdataclinicalmanifestations,therapeuticmodalities,andclinicaloutcomes.Results:Eightypercentofpatientswerefemalewithmeanageof22.4years.Twowerepresentedwithacuteabdominalsignsfollowingblunttrauma,2withmasssensation,and2wereincidentallyfound.Theywerealldiagnosedpre-operativelythroughcomputedtomographic(CT)scanandalltumorshadbenigncharacteristics.NoabnormalitieswerefoundinthefollowupperiodandcontrolCTscans.Conclusion:Solidpseudopapillarytumorsofpancreashavebenignbehavior,andthetreatmentofchoiceconsistsofsurgicalresection.Itmayspreadoutsidethepancreas,particularlyinperitonealcavity.Metastaticspreadmaybepromotedbytrauma,includingtumorbiopsies,whichshouldneverbeperformed.Theoutcomeaftersurgicalresectionisexcellentwith90%survivalinthelongterm.Recurrencehasbeenreportedinapproximately10%ofpatients.
