[摘要] A38yr-oldmanwasscheduledforlaparoscopiccholecystectomy.Generalanesthesiawasselectedandinduced.About40minutesafterinitiationoflaparoscopicsurgeryaprogressivetachycardiaandhyperten-sionwasnoticed.Wecheckedanestheticmachine,02,inhalationalanestheticsandappropriatepositionoftrachealtube.Thennarcoticandmusclerelaxantrepeatedbutoureffortswereineffective.Theoperationceasedandwhenlaparoscopewaswithdrawingitaccidentallytouchedtheanesthesiologist'shand.Itwasunexpectedlyhotandheatinjurysupposed.Theabdomenwasopenedimmediately.Intraabdominaltem-peraturewasabnormallyhighandvisceralorganswerereddishandinflamed.Afterrapidirrigationofab-domenwithcoldnormalsaline,tachycardiaandhypertensionregressedtonormalsituationandopencho-lecystectomywasdown.
