[摘要] HepatitisBvirusasymptomaticcarriersshouldreceivetreatmentincertainconditions,suchaspriortochemotherapyandorgantransplantation.Inthesegroupsinterferonalphahaslimitedefficacyorisevencontraindicated.Incontrast,lamivudineishighlyeffectiveinbothpreventingofandtreat-mentofHBVreactivationintheseimmunosuppressedpatients.Preventionofreactivationhasbetterresultsthantreatingreactivation.
