Premature Ejaculation in the Varicocele Patients.
[摘要] Introduction:Prematureejaculation(PE)isoneofthemostprevalencemenproblems.Therearealotofexplanationssuchaspsychosomaticandevengeneticsproblemforit.Becausethepatientssufferingvaricocelearemorecomplainfromthisproblem,wedecidedtoevaluateitinthesepatients.MaterialsandMethods:Inacasecontrolstudy,weevaluatedPremature-ejaculationina55patientswithvaricocele(20-35yearsold)thattheyhadcometotheandrologyclinicfortreat-mentofinfertilityandothergenitalproblemsandwerecomparedtheirdatawithacontrolgroupof60menwhowereinthesamerangeofagewithoutvaricocele.ThedatastatisticallywerecomparedbyX2andT-test.Results:Thepremature-ejaculation(IntravaginalEjaculatoryLatencyTime((IELT))<2min)wasfoundin36.3%(n=20)and8.3%(n=5)ofthesubjectsinstudyandcontrolgroupsrespectively,(P
