The Millennium Development Goals; A Global Assignment
[摘要] Context:Themillenniumdevelopmentgoals(MDG)areglobalcommittedeffortstoprovideanti-povertyanddisparitydocument.Duringthepast15yearsandbasedonMDGs,nearlyallcountrieshavemadeeffortstoachieveitsrelatedgoals.Therefore,thecurrentnarrativereviewaimedtoanalyzetheMDGs’challengeandachievementswiththefocusonIslamicRepublicofIran.EvidenceAcquisition:Thisstudywasanon-systematicnarrativereviewconductedthroughstudiesandreportspublishedfrom2000to2015,aboutMDGs’progressworldwide,comparedtotheIslamicRepublicofIran.Results:Accordingtothereview,almostallcountrieshavehadremarkableimprovementinallMDGs.AmongthemIran’sachievementsaresignificantinfivegoalsoutofeight,buttoreachthegoalsnumber6and7relatedtoHIV/AIDScontrolandenvironmentalsustainability,Iranhasaroughwaytogo.ThechallengesthatcountriesarefacingtoreachMDGsareslowgrowthoutlook,limitedresources,institutionalreformsdeficiency,insufficientdevelopmentcapacity,unequalincomedistribution,globaleconomicsituationespeciallyduringthepastfiveyears,absenceofpoliticalcommitmenttotheMDGs,lackofsupportiveenvironmenttoattractprivatesectorforinvestmentanddevelopmentandthelastbutnotleastun-inclusivegrowth.Conclusions:AllcountriesreportedimprovementsinMDGindicators,whileSDGshasopenednewdoorsofopportunityforcountriestopromotetheirsocio-economicstatus.
