[摘要] This investigation has three purposes which are described in the following: The first was to explore the concept of strategy-making as a major discipline within the field of strategic management. The enquiry describes how the analytical concepts, models and techniques of strategy-making were developed and assesses whether or not the essential elements of this discipline can be used to stimulate innovation.
