Studies on the Humoral Immune Response to Feline Coronavirus

[摘要] The first objective of this research was to evaluate the use of the immunofluorescent antibody (IFA) test in feline coronavirus (FCoV) infection. As a result of this work, guidelines for veterinary practitioners were established for the use of this test. Some differences between the reality of FCoV infection in the field and much of the present wisdom based on the extrapolation of experimental infections were found.
