Neutrophil Leucocyte Locomotion in 3-D Gel Matrices

[摘要] The invasive and locomotory behaviour of neutrophil leucocytes was studied using 3-D collagen gel matrices made from reconstituted rat tail tendon. Other techniques used included time-lapse filming of neutrophils moving over protein-coated glass, and chemiluminescence.
