Studies on Prostaglandins, Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs, and Helicobacter pylori in Peptic Ulcer Disease

[摘要] Gastric acid has always been recognized as a major factor in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer disease. Recently, it has been suggested that three more factors are likely to influence the natural history of peptic ulceration: prostaglandins (PGs), non-steroidal-anti- inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori).
