On the Secular Charge of the Amount of Precipitation in the Far East

[摘要] In the secular variation of the amount of precipitation, periods of 8 years, 12 or 13 years and 18 or 19 years seem to exist. These periods will be remaakable to some peculiar districts in Japan.
